Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the world. (For orders shipping outside the USA please Contact Us for a quote)
Please contact our customer support if you would like your order shipped on your companies account, your carrier, and/or request other shipping terms such as shipping outside the USA. EnSafeco maintains a very high standard for shipping orders quickly. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days, while some orders may take much longer due to the current supply chain. If you need expedited shipping or have any concerns regarding your shipment please contact us.
EnSafeco reserves the right to withhold any order from processing for any reason.
Damaged Goods or Shortages: Upon receipt, check products carefully. Note on the delivery receipt any damage or abnormality. Delivery receipts signed complete, without any noted discrepancies, will be the responsibility of the consignee and not EnSafeco. Please notify EnSafeco customer support immediately regarding any problems. If an order arrives without all items shown on the packing list, a notation must be made on the delivery receipt. Collect Shipments are the responsibility of the consignee.
Returns Policy: Product must be un-used and in original packaging. No discontinued or obsolete items will be accepted. RGA number must be obtained from EnSafeco customer service. RGA requests can be made up to 30 days from date of purchase. Customer pays return freight charges and 25% restocking fee, except when return is due to freight damage. EnSafeco reserves the right to refuse any return not in compliance. Custom orders are not returnable. Refunds can be expected to be processed within 7-10 days of approved RGA.
Do not return product until you have notified a customer service representative and have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from EnSafeco.
